Baby Ballet

Our Baby Ballet class is a fun and engaging introduction to the world of dance, designed for our youngest dancers! This class focuses on developing coordination, balance, musicality, and basic ballet movements in a creative and nurturing environment.

Through imaginative play, age-appropriate exercises, and gentle instruction, dancers will learn the fundamentals of ballet while improving their gross motor skills, rhythm, and confidence. Baby Ballet is the perfect way to introduce little ones to the joy of movement while fostering a love for dance from an early age!

Tiny Stars Ballet/Tap Combo

Our Tiny Stars Ballet & Tap Combo class is the perfect introduction to dance fundamentals for little ones ages 2 to 4! This class combines the grace and creativity of ballet with the rhythm and energy of tap, giving young dancers a well-rounded start in dance.

Dancers will learn basic ballet positions, movements, and coordination, while also developing musicality and footwork through beginner tap exercises. Using fun music, creative movement, and engaging activities, this class helps build confidence, balance, and a love for dance in a supportive and playful environment! *Age 2 only*

Shooting Starz

Our Shooting Starz preschool program is a fun and interactive introduction to gymnastics for toddlers ages 18 months to 2 years. This class focuses on developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength through age-appropriate activities.

With the help of fun obstacles, basic tumbling exercises, and playful movement, little ones will build confidence while improving their body awareness and flexibility. This class encourages parent participation, making it a great bonding experience while introducing toddlers to structured physical activity in a safe and supportive environment.

Pre-Ballet

Pre Ballet is a great way to introduce infants to dance and the dance studio classroom. Creative movement and pre-ballet are part of the curriculum. The emphasis is on having fun while developing coordination, balance, rhythm, and self-esteem. Students learn dancing classroom etiquette, such as how to take turns and follow instructions.

Ballet/Tap Combo

Ballet/Tap combo is centered towards pre-school through Kindergarten-age beginners. Classes include ballet basics, creative movement and rhythm tap. Focus is on terminology, rhythm, coordination, musical counting, body alignment. Students will learn ballet positions and foundational tap skills and be introduced to different combinations of steps and musical styles.

Pre-Ballet/Tiny Tumble Combo

A combination of two very popular classes! Pre ballet is the ideal introduction to dance and the dance studio classroom for toddlers. Curriculum includes creative movement and pre ballet skills. Tiny Tumble is an excellent way to introduce your child to the tumbling and acrobatics used in dance. Classes emphasize coordination, balance, flexibility, and core strength. Bridges, forward and backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels will be taught to students, as well as other pre-tumbling and pre-acro basic abilities.

Mommy and Me Pre Ballet

Beginner Gymnastics

Level 1 Gymnastics Floor Routines are an excellent way to introduce children to the world of gymnastics. We provide basic skills and techniques that can be developed further as the child progresses in their gymnastics career. The routines are designed with safety in mind and offer a low-risk way for children to explore movement and have fun. Through practice and dedication, these routines can be mastered and used as a foundation for higher-level skills. As a gymnast, you quickly learn the building blocks of the sport to help you progress as an athlete. Basic skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, casting on the bar, and an introduction to the high beam are some of the foundational gymnastic skills you first learn in classes.
